1. Overview
We’re pleased to offer secure online ordering through ucherum.com. We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For overseas orders or trade enquiries, please contact us at sales@ucherum.com.
Orders over £75 qualify for free UK shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
- If you place your order over the weekend or on a holiday, processing will begin on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email including any tracking information (if available).

4. Shipping Restrictions & Alcohol-Specific Notes
Because Uche Rum is an alcoholic spirit:
- We only ship to customers of legal drinking age (18+ in the UK). A valid age check or signature may be required at delivery depending on the courier.
- Orders may be restricted if the delivery address is a PO Box or certain remote areas, depending on courier policy.
- If courier services are unable to ship alcohol to a certain region or country (especially for international deliveries), we will contact you after you place your order.
5. International Shipping / Export Orders
At present, we do not offer regular international shipping. If you are located outside the UK or would like to place a trade or wholesale order, please contact us at sales@ucherum.com to discuss possibilities.
If we do begin offering international shipping in future, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply — and these will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders
- Once your parcel is handed to the courier, tracking (if provided) will allow you to monitor its progress. If you notice a significant delay, please reach out to us at support@ucherum.com and we’ll work with the courier to help locate your parcel.
- If your order arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging, take photos of the damage (bottle, box, shipping label) and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
- Please note: Because alcohol is fragile and regulated, we strongly recommend inspecting the package immediately upon receipt.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally before you receive your dispatch confirmation.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee we can intercept or redirect it. In that case you may need to go through the courier upon delivery.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product (sealed spirits), we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or is incorrect. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for details.

We may update this Shipping Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our shipping practices or courier services. Please check this page before placing an order to ensure you’re aware of the current terms.
